Gina Tai — dedicated to helping you increase mobility and balance, and reduce pain
I'm Gina, your dedicated movement teacher, injury prevention and recovery specialist, and an Associate Professor of Performing Arts at Beloit College. With over two decades of teaching experience, I'm enthusiastic about guiding individuals of all backgrounds and abilities on their movement journey.
As a dancer and choreographer, I hold both a BA and MFA in Dance from Hollins University in Roanoke, VA. My commitment to prehab and recovery has allowed me to thrive in the field into my 40s, and I attribute much of this to the transformative Roll Model Method™. This approach not only targets specific areas, but also supports holistic well-being, making it my personal secret to sustaining a lifelong dance career.
My true passion lies in helping people move more efficiently and value the process of recovery to achieve their fitness goals. Whether you're an athlete striving for a breakthrough, a first responder recovering from physically demanding shifts, a senior aiming to maintain agility and strength, or anyone in between, I custom-tailor workshops to meet your unique needs. I'm excited to help you feel better in your body.
