Gina Tai Smart Moves Workshops
Workshops last about an hour and each one focuses on a specific area or function of the body. Choose from a single specialized class, or a series of 5 or 10 classes. Each series is tailored to your needs and can be modified to accommodate the physical needs of each participant.
I come to you on site with all the materials and props needed and I leave each participant with the tools they need to continue working on their own.
Supplemental videos are available through the client portal for the duration of the series. Continued access to the videos can be purchased for an additional fee after the workshops have concluded.

Sample 5 class series
Includes a Roll Model Method™ starter kit for each participant. This series can be 1x/week for 5 weeks or every other week over 10 weeks.
Class 1: expanding lung capacity, boosting the immune system, aiding in digestion, improving circulation

What is the
Roll Model Method™?
The Roll Model Method™ is a series of techniques and exercises for myofascial release. (Myofascia is a catch all for muscles and fascia - the interconnected web of tissues in the body) myofascial release targets points in your tissues that can cause pain and inhibit your mobility and range of motion. It reduces tension and aids in breaking up muscle “knots”.
I teach you the self guided techniques to do this work on your own. Videos of all the rolls done in the workshops are available through the client portal.
